Data Processing Resources Purchase Done
NEWPORT BEACH —
Data Processing Resources Corp. said Tuesday it has completed its acquisition of Leardata Info-Services, Inc., a Dallas-based information technology staffing firm, for $21.4 million in cash and stock. Data Processing, based in Newport Beach, also provides information technology staffing services.
