In other men’s games:

Cal Lutheran 71, Caltech 31--Brian Capella scored 14 points for Cal Lutheran in a Southern California Intercollegiate Athletic Conference game at Cal Lutheran.

The Kingsmen (9-3, 1-0) opened the game with 22-2 run.

Valley 80, Oxnard 61--Leon Brisport scored 17 points and grabbed 12 rebounds for the Monarchs (13-7) in a Western State Conference inter-divisional game at Valley.

Gianandrea Marcaccini made five three-point baskets in the first half and finished with 16 points. Oke Ogoke added 12 points.

Leland Mayes led Oxnard (6-13) with 29 points.

Moorpark 88, Glendale 85--Anthony McCurtis scored 24 points for Moorpark in an inter-divisional WSC game at Glendale.

Carl Biel scored 36 points and had six assists for Glendale (7-12).

Cuesta 87, Canyons 77--Canyons (10-10) could not hold a 36-34 halftime lead in a nonconference game. Curtis Wills had 18 points and Kevin King added 13.

Ventura 124, Pierce 33--Adria Sneed scored 26 points for Ventura (19-1) in an inter-divisional WSC game at Pierce. Amirah Leonard added 18 points and nine assists.

WOMEN

Canyons 96, Cuesta 78--Gohar Tumanian scored 20 points and Zevette Mitchell added 18 points and 11 rebounds for the Cougars (15-4) in a WSC inter-divisional game against Cuesta (11-4).
