Santa Barbara Landscaper Moves Business to Ventura
Acacia Landscaping and Erosion Control will relocate its Santa Barbara-based operation to Ventura after purchasing a 9,000-square-foot facility at 691 Riverside St.
Acacia bought the building and 1.2-acre site for $350,000 from owners Peggy and Russ Smith. Crocker DiMeo Realty represented the property owners and Roger Case Realty the buyer.
Acacia, which has been in business for more than 10 years, specializes in the prevention of land erosion. The company also provides a full range of landscaping services.
