New Valencia Hotel to Be Managed by Hyatt
Newhall Land & Farming Co. has reached an agreement for Hyatt Hotels Corp. to manage its 250-room hotel that is scheduled to open in Valencia in spring 1998.
Valencia is the master-planned community being developed by Newhall Land, which is also headquartered in Valencia.
