Mixer Brings Together Five Area Chambers
Providence Holy Cross Medical Center on Thursday will host a New Year’s mixer for five area chambers of commerce.
The five chambers participating in the event--Mission Hills, Granada Hills, Sylmar, Northridge and San Fernando--represent business people who live and work in the area near the medical center, said Joe Sandoval of the San Fernando chamber.
The new year’s-themed mixer will be held from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Thursday at the YMCA Infant and Preschool Center, adjacent to the medical center at 11630 Indian Hills Road in Mission Hills.
In another chamber event this week, the Sunland-Tujunga Chamber of Commerce will celebrate its 10th anniversary with a gathering from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday.
The anniversary mixer will be held at the Stella Owen & Associates Century 21 Real Estate office, 8307 Foothill Blvd., Sunland.
