70 Firefighters Battle Blaze in Tustin Hills
TUSTIN — Fire caused more than $500,000 damage to a two-story home Monday in an unincorporated area here, authorities said.
Seventy firefighters battled the blaze, which broke out at 4:47 p.m. at the home at 12565 Vista Panorama and was under control at 6:19 p.m., said Kymbra Fleming, a spokeswoman for the Orange County Fire Authority.
No one was injured in the fire, but the damages to the structure of the home were estimated at $500,000, Fleming said. The value of the damaged contents is being evaluated and the cause of the fire is under investigation, Fleming said.
The home is located about a mile from the location of last October’s Lemon Heights fire, Fleming said.
