Board of Equalization Moves to New Center
Starting next week, the state Board of Equalization’s district office in Ventura will operate from a new location that includes the state Franchise Tax Board and the Employment Development Department.
The new Taxpayer Services Center will be at 4820 McGrath St. The first day of operation is Tuesday.
Along with the change of address for the Board of Equalization comes a change of telephone and fax numbers. The new phone number is 677-2700; the new fax number is 677-2764.
The new toll-free number for the Board of Equalization’s Customer Service Information Center is (800) 400-7115. Its hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.
