Even as 21-year-old Enrique Iglesias prepares for the Jan. 29 release of his second album, “Vivir,” his debut “Enrique Iglesias” collection continues to rule The Times’ Southern California Latin albums sales chart. The album, released 16 months ago by the youngest of international pop star Julio Iglesias’ three sons, is selling better in local stores than his father’s “Tango,” which has led the national Latin chart for the last eight weeks. Meanwhile, No Doubt’s “Tragic Kingdom” continues its reign atop the national and local pop albums charts.
