Motorist Crashes Into Tree and Dies
LA CRESCENTA — A Glendale man died Saturday night after his car went out of control on the Foothill Freeway, said a California Highway Patrol spokesman.
The unidentified man was traveling eastbound just west of the Ocean View Boulevard exit at 7 p.m. when his car spun out of control and hit a tree, said CHP spokesman Ken Lane.
Lane said officers did not know why the man, who was traveling in the No. 5 lane, lost control of his car.
