Smith Micro Signs With British Distributor

Smith Micro Software Inc. said it has signed a contract with a British company to distribute Smith Micro’s fax and data and video conferencing communications software in the United Kingdom.
The Aliso Viejo company, which provides communication software for personal computers, said that Augur Industries Ltd. in Burton-on-Trent, U.K., will distribute HotFax MessageCenter, AudioVision and other products to retail outlets.
