Book Auction Includes Collector Editions
Friends of the Los Alamitos-Rossmoor Library are accepting bids for a silent auction to benefit library services.
Collector editions of “20,000 Leagues Under the Sea,” “The Return of Sherlock Holmes” and “The Adventures of Tom Sawyer” are among the books for sale.
Other books being auctioned include volumes on artists Durer, Manet, Marcel, Rembrandt and Duchamp.
Bids will be accepted until 4 p.m. today. Highest bidders will be notified by phone.
