Procom Technology Inc.: The Irvine manufacturer of computer storage devices said net income for the second fiscal quarter climbed to $2 million, or 20 cents a share, from $655,000, or 7 cents a share, a year ago. Sales for the quarter ended Jan. 24 advanced 68% to $26.6 million from $15.8 million. The company reported net income of $4 million, or 42 cents a share, for the first six months, compared to net income of $1.2 million, or 13 cents a share, for the first six months a year ago. Revenue increased 66% to $51.5 million from $31.1 million.
