Misdemeanor Battery Charges Filed Against Charlie Sheen
Prosecutors filed a charge of misdemeanor battery with serious injury against actor Charlie Sheen on Friday in an alleged attack on a woman Dec. 20 at his Agoura Hills home.
Sheen’s arraignment is set for Monday in Malibu Municipal Court. The actor has been free on $20,000 bail since his arrest the day of the alleged attack.
Brittany Ashland told authorities that Sheen had pushed her during an argument at his home. In a lawsuit, Ashland said she had been dating Sheen for about five months and that the actor grabbed her by the hair and shoved her to the floor, knocking her unconscious.
