Zweig-DiMenna Sells
IRVINE — Zweig-DiMenna International Managers Inc. and affiliates cut their stake in Wet Seal Inc. to 4.2% from 7.1% of the Irvine clothing retailer’s stock.
The Zweig-DiMenna group sold 165,100 shares at $20.46 to $22.76 a share between Feb. 5 and Feb. 25, according to a report filed Thursday with the Securities and Exchange Commission. The investment group now holds 445,400 shares, down from the 752,900 shares it reported owning in mid-January.
Wet Seal designs casual clothing for young women. The company’s stock was off 25 cents a share Thursday, closing at $21.50 on the Nasdaq market.
