Chicago Pizza Is Boulder-Bound
Chicago Pizza & Brewery Inc., the Mission Viejo-based brewery and grill chain, is opening a location in Boulder, Colo.
The 10-barrel-capacity brewery is located in a refurbished building at Boulder’s picturesque Pearl Street Mall.
Chicago Pizza & Brewery is a publicly traded company with 29 locations. The company recently acquired a chain of 19 restaurants in the Pacific Northwest that are being converted to BJ’s locations.
