SEASON AT A GLANCE: After winning Division II titles in the state and Southern Section cross-country championships in November, Neipp has lowered her personal bests to 4 minutes 55.9 seconds in the 1,600 meters and 10:19.55 in the 3,200 this season.

WEEK AT A GLANCE: The Brigham Young-bound Neipp won the 1,600 in 4:56.78 and the 3,200 in 10:19.55 in the Pasadena Games at Occidental College on Saturday to share female athlete of the meet honors with Kinshasa Davis of Long Beach Wilson. Her time in the 3,200 was the fastest in the nation this year, eclipsed the previous meet record of 10:36.05 set by Darcy Arreola of La Mesa Grossmont in 1986 and moved Neipp to sixth on the all-time region list.
