Shopping Carts Thrown off Overpass Onto Cars

Level Cross, N.C. — Vandals have been dropping shopping carts from an overpass onto vehicles 17 feet below.
No one was seriously hurt in the three attacks. No arrests have been made, but some teenage boys and young men are under investigation, officials said Wednesday.
