Stage actress Shifa Lerer explains the exercises for the senior beginners. The video has English subtitles, and it’s nice to see an exercise tape where the participants are not all body beautifuls. Friedrich’s routines are always fast-paced and strenuous, so beginners should look elsewhere. To order call (800) 433-STEP.
