* Roger E. Seaver has been named chief executive officer and president of the Northridge Hospital Medical Center, which has operations in Northridge and Van Nuys.
Seaver is also president and CEO at Glendale Memorial Hospital, and will remain in those posts while it searches for a new chief executive.
Seaver has worked at the Glendale hospital for more than 20 years, and has been CEO there since 1992.
Northridge Hospital and Glendale Memorial are among the eight hospitals owned by UniHealth, a health-care organization based in Burbank.
* Jennifer Richter has been promoted to senior account manager at Capital Relations Inc., a Westlake Village marketing firm. Her new responsibilities include strategic account management of Motorola’s embedded microprocessor division.
Capital Relations’ clients include Xerox, NMB Technologies and Hewlett-Packard.
* Yvonne Drayton has been named operations manager at Hilford Moving and Storage in Ventura. She has worked in the Hilford accounting department for three years.
Her duties will include overseeing local and out-of-state moves, military transfers and overseas shipments. Hilford is an agent of Allied Van Lines.
* Veronica O’Neill has joined Channel Islands Financial & Insurance Services, where she is the firm’s marketing representative for group and individual health insurance sales.

* Dorit Aranki has been appointed chief financial officer for Livingston Memorial Visiting Nurse Assn. in Ventura.
Aranki, a CPA for 16 years, previously worked for the Motion Picture & Television Fund, Price Waterhouse, and Deloitte & Touche.
Livingston is a home health and hospice agency.
