** 1/2 Ray J, “Everything You Want,” Elektra.

There’s some randy assertion in this 15-year-old’s debut album that makes his sister Brandy sound almost prim by comparison. She appears on one track, “Thank You,” but it’s “Let It Go” and the title cut that give this album its spark. If everything else were that catchy, this budding funkmeister would be the real sibling to watch.
