JetHawks Get Jump on Storm

The JetHawks scored two runs in the top of the first inning and did not look back in an 11-3 victory over the Lake Elsinore Storm Saturday night in front of 6,028 at the Lake Elsinore Diamond.

Tarrik Brock had two doubles and Miguel Correa had three hits for the JetHawks, who had 13 hits, six of them doubles.

The JetHawks (28-29) chased Storm starter Jose Cintron (2-2) in the third inning when they batted around and scored four runs. The Storm falls to 26-30.

Matt Apana (1-1) allowed three runs on five hits in five innings to pick up the victory.
