Teledyne Reduces Stake in Semtech Corp. to 10.2%
Teledyne has cut its ownership stake in Newbury Park-based Semtech Corp. to 10.2% of Semtech’s outstanding stock by selling 322,000 shares.
Teledyne and its parent company, Allegheny Teledyne Inc., reported the sale to the Securities and Exchange Commission but did not disclose the price at which it sold the shares.
Los Angeles-based Teledyne now owns 628,763 Semtech shares. Teledyne makes specialty metals used by the consumer, industrial and aerospace markets.
Semtech designs and manufactures semiconductor products such as transient voltage suppressors, power modules and other devices.
