352 Single-Family Homes Sold in June in Conejo
There were 352 single-family homes sold in the Conejo Valley in June, up from the 302 sold in May and 268 a year ago, according to the Conejo Valley Assn. of Realtors.
The median sales price for all single-family homes in June was $268,840, compared to $251,428 in June 1996. The median price is the point where half the units sold for more and half for less.
The median price breakdowns were $150,000 for 20 homes with up to two bedrooms; $214,743 for 115 three-bedroom homes, and $304,386 for 217 homes with four or more bedrooms. A year earlier, the breakdown was $165,000 for 13 two-bedroom homes; $205,356 for 92 three-bedroom homes, and $308,139 for 163 homes with four or more bedrooms.
There were 95 condominiums sold in the Conejo Valley in June, compared to 103 in May and 75 in June 1996.
Total sales for all real estate transactions in June was $125.3 million. In 1996, the figure was $94 million.
