Bristol Retail Buys Cash Register Company
NEWPORT BEACH —
Bristol Retail Solutions Inc. said Wednesday it has completed the acquisition of privately held Pacific Cash Register Co., Inc., a San Francisco point-of-sale systems dealer, for an undisclosed amount of cash and Bristol stock.
Pacific Cash Register will operate as an affiliate of Automated Retail Systems, a Seattle-based subsidiary of Bristol.
