The King is Dead, But Elvis Lives On at Valley Graceland: To commemorate the 20th anniversary of Elvis Presley’s death, Northridge Elvis impersonator Danny Uwnawich this Wednesday will swing wide the gates of his scaled-down version of Graceland and give tours to the public. Uwnawich has impersonated Elvis throughout the county for 29 years. A few years ago, he built the mini-mansion at the corner of Parthenia Street and Zelzah Avenue to honor the King. As has been the case every year on the anniversary, Uwnawich said he expects hundreds of die-hard Elvis fans to come see the house this year. He and his 20-piece band will end the day with a show at the Thousand Oaks Civic Arts Plaza.
