TouchStone Software Corp.: The Huntington Beach company posted a loss of $1.2 million, or 15 cents a share, for the second quarter, compared with a loss of $2.1 million, or 28 cents a share, for the same period a year ago. Revenue was up 12% to $1.9 million from $1.7 million. The company’s loss for the first half was $1.4 million, or 18 cents a share, compared with a loss of $3.9 million, or 53 cents a share, for the 1996 first half, which included a charge of $1.8 million from a litigation settlement. Revenue doubled to $4.8 million from $2.4 million.
