Five Ventura residents and a woman from Lancaster were in the Ventura County Jail on Thursday awaiting arraignment on various narcotics violations.

A team of Ventura police officers arrested the six Wednesday afternoon at a home in the 100 block of East Ramona Street in Ventura after completing a two-month investigation, said Ventura Police Cpl. Tom Radwin.

Several undercover narcotics officers bought small amounts of the drug at the home over the course of the investigation, Radwin said. None of the drug purchases was for more than two grams, he said.
