Boylan Scores 51 in Victory for Westmark

Matt Boylan scored 51 points and had 17 rebounds for Westmark High in an 83-52 victory over First Lutheran on Friday in a nonleague game at Westmark in Encino.

Boylan, who played only three quarters, is averaging 41.7 points per game for the Lions (2-1).

Santa Maria 84, Westlake 77--Mike Gonzales and Jason Johnson each scored 17 points for Santa Maria (2-0) at Westlake.

Joey Cuppari had 27 points and six assists for Westlake (1-1) and Drew Stewart added 21 points.

Channel Islands 88, Fillmore 61--Dwight Sattiewhite scored 24 points and O.J. Thomas had 14 points, seven steals and six assists for the Raiders (2-0) in the semifinals of the Nordhoff tournament.

Mario Galvez scored 16 points and Dago Pantoja added 14 points for Fillmore (1-1).

Taft 57, St. Monica 40--Amir Bar-Netzer had 25 points and 11 rebounds, and Brandyn Fisher had 18 points for the Toreadors (1-1) in a consolation game at the St. Monica tournament.

Birmingham 57, Grant 47--Emmanuel Evans scored 23 points and had 15 rebounds, and Stanley Fletcher had 18 points and 10 rebounds for the Braves (2-0) at Birmingham.

St. Bonaventure 53, Windward 52--Jason Releford hit a shot from underneath the basket with 20 second left in overtime to lift the Seraphs in a semifinal game of the Providence tournament.

Agoura 68, Oak Park 57--Marcus Helfman scored 22 points and had 10 rebounds for the Chargers (1-0) at Agoura.

Louisville 36, Saugus 32--The Royals (3-0) rallied from a nine-point deficit in the fourth quarter by outscoring the Centurions, 15-3, and reached the championship game at the Fillmore tournament.
