TV or Not TV? Lights, camera . . . move the agenda? Trustees of the Glendale Unified School District are considering televising their meetings as their counterparts in Los Angeles and Burbank have done for more than two years. But the decision is not a simple one, according to school officials in Glendale who said broadcasting meetings might become a “classic bore,” watched by few but paid for by every taxpayer in the city.
