The Long Beach StingRays’ Yolanda Griffith will join her Western Conference rebounding rival, Portland’s Natalie Williams, in the Jan. 18 ABL All-Star game at Orlando, Fla.
Griffith, who joins StingRay teammate Beverly Williams on the Western Conference team, leads the ABL in rebounding and Natalie Williams ranks second.
Other Western Conference all-stars: Jennifer Azzi and Sheri Sam (San Jose), Debbie Black, Crystal Robinson and Tari Phillips (Colorado), Shalonda Enis (Seattle) and Elaine Powell (Portland).
The Eastern Conference: Tonya Edwards, Shannon Johnson, Katie Smith and Valerie Still (Columbus), Teresa Edwards and Katrina McClain (Atlanta), Adrienne Goodson and Dawn Staley (Philadelphia) and Carolyn Jones and Jennifer Rizzotti (New England).
