Trojans Try Another Starting Lineup

USC Coach Henry Bibby began the game with his fourth starting lineup of the season. Shannon Swillis made his first career start, playing power forward, and freshman Greg Lakey started at center for the injured Jarvis Turner.

As expected, backup point guard Kevin Augustine did not play against the Buckeyes.

Bibby said after the game that freshman Jeff Trepagnier earned more playing time with his performance against Ohio State. Trepagnier, who attended Compton High, scored three points and had three steals.
