Sneaky and Easier
I’ve been making Peanut Butter Cookie Cups (“Sneaky Cookies,” Oct. 29) for years, and this is the first time I’ve ever seen it published. (Good thing I didn’t send it in for your holiday cookie search.)
Anyway, it’s even easier my way. Cut the 18-ounce package of cookie dough into nine equal pieces, then in quarters and just plop the pieces in sprayed (you must spray) mini-muffin tins. No rolling is needed. By the way, peanut butter dough is next to impossible to find, but sugar cookie dough can be used.
Boo-hoo! Now my favorite and easiest cookie recipe is out. I always say that the hardest thing about this recipe is unwrapping the peanut butter cups!
