Michael R. Moore has joined the Camarillo...

Michael R. Moore has joined the Camarillo office of the engineering firm Robert Bein, William Frost & Associates. Moore, who will be project manager in the Water Resources department, worked previously as engineering manager for the Goleta Water District. The Camarillo office is one of nine West Coast branches of the engineering, planning and surveying firm.

* David Shulik has joined Glendale Federal Bank as part of the community business banking team serving Ventura. Previously, he was a senior account manager for Home Savings of America. Shulik will be a business banking officer.

* Jim Keith has been installed as president of the Conejo Valley Assn. of Realtors. Members installed on the board of directors are Pat Evans, president-elect; Pat Fredericks, secretary/treasurer; Ed Harpe, past president; and Geoff Baker, Barbara Burner, Ken Calcut, Irma Haldane, George Hutchison and Johanna Peters, directors. The association represents 1,200 members in the real estate industry.

* Barbara Marsh of Prudential California Realty Thousand Oaks has been named 1997 Realtor of the Year by the Conejo Valley Assn. of Realtors. Johanna Peters of Young Realtors in Westlake Village was named 1997 Realtor/Associate of the Year, and Tracey Garamone, senior loan officer for Calabasas Funding Corp., was named Affiliate of the Year.
