Assisted Living Facility Completed

COSTA MESA — ARV Assisted Living Inc. said Thursday that it has completed development of a 150-unit assisted living facility in Albuquerque, N.M., known as Vista del Rio Villas.
The company said it will operate the site under a long-term operating lease with Health Care Property Investors Inc., a real estate investment trust in Los Angeles.
