Megan Nugent, a 5-10 forward from Boulder (Colo.) Fairview High, said she has made an oral commitment to play basketball at UC Irvine.
Nugent, a four-year starter, averaged 18.3 points and 8.2 rebounds last season. She will sign an intent letter next week.
