A retired Eastman Kodak Co. manager suspected of peddling film-making trade secrets was sentenced to a year in prison. Harold C. Worden, who started a consulting firm in 1992 after leaving Kodak, pleaded guilty in August to stealing formulas, drawings and blueprints with help from dozens of fellow Kodak retirees. . . . Ford Motor Co. is recalling about 82,000 Aerostar minivans after two reports of transmission failures at high speeds. . . Home Depot Inc. said it plans to open 32 new stores in Florida in the next three years, adding 5,000 employees to its work force. The Atlanta-based home-improvement retailer has more than 550 stores. . . .
