Rehab for Employees
Bill Boyarsky (The Spin, Nov. 6) asks the question, should we rehab every city employee arrested for drug possession? The answer is “yes,” as it is so much cheaper and effective than jail. Should Councilman Mike Hernandez apologize? That’s part of rehab.
