Church Seeks OK to Build New Sanctuary
The Planning Commission will consider at its Wednesday meeting whether to allow the NewHeart Foursquare Church to erect a building at 4200 Township Ave.
The church is asking to construct a two-story, 10,454-square-foot sanctuary to house additional office and classroom space as well as more space for church functions.
If the Simi Valley Planning Commission approves the application, the matter must still go before the City Council for final approval.
The Planning Commission meeting will begin at 7 p.m. at City Hall, 2929 Tapo Canyon Road.
