Helios, Tokyo Firm to Be Partners in Crime
Helios Investigations Inc., a Santa Ana private investigations firm, has signed a trade agreement with a big Tokyo detective agency. Helios’ chief executive, Nancy Poss-Hatchl, says the deal with Hokyu Corp., parent of Haraichi-Hokyu Detectives, is the first international alliance between Asian and American detective agencies.
Poss-Hatchl and Kazuyasu Ohara, chief executive of Haraichi-Hokyu, are scheduled to meet Dec. 1 at Helios’ office to discuss plans for the international venture.
The two companies expect to work cooperatively on matters involving international fraud, terrorism, theft of intellectual property and Internet crimes.
