Red Cross Official Works in Guam

Harry Delkeskamp, a Brea resident and deputy director for disaster services for the Orange County Red Cross, recently flew to Guam to assist with disaster relief.
Guam was hit by Super Typhoon Keith, a Category 5 storm with winds of up to 180 knots.
Delkeskamp was deployed as part of an advance team coordinating incoming donations and other relief.
