Blaze at Sports Club Blamed on Faulty Wiring
A fire at the Cardio Fit Sports Club late Sunday caused about $150,000 in damage.
No injuries were caused by the blaze, which was reported by a patrolling Orange County sheriff’s deputy shortly before 11 p.m.
Nobody was in the building, on 25732 Taladro Circle, at the time of the two-alarm fire. More than 30 Orange County Fire Authority firefighters extinguished the blaze by 11:45 p.m.
Fire Capt. Scott Brown said the fire was caused by faulty wiring in a sauna.
