Laugh Factory to Offer Free Thanksgiving Dinner, Show
The Laugh Factory is accepting reservations for its 19th annual free Thanksgiving dinner and show.
The Sunset Boulevard club’s tradition began after its owner, Jamie Masada, emigrated from Israel at age 14 and swore that if he ever made it in show business, he would find a way to give back to the community, said club spokesperson Nancy Clark.
“The first year, he didn’t have anywhere to go for Thanksgiving, so he held a free dinner here,” said Clark.
The dinners and shows will be at 1, 3, 5 and 7 p.m. Thanksgiving Day.
Last year, 1,500 people attended.
