Airborne Express Moving Distribution Center
Airborne Express has signed a five-year lease for 18,532 square feet of new industrial building space in Oxnard to expand and relocate its Ventura County distribution center from Ventura.
The lease is for a portion of a new building recently completed on a speculative basis in Seagate Business Park, 2201 E. Sturgis Ave. Airborne Express will more than triple its plant capacity with the move, scheduled for this month.
Approximately 32 people will be employed at the site, which will serve as the company’s county service center for express package delivery.
Daum Commercial Real Estate Services represented the landlord, the Zaki Family Trust, in the transaction. CB Commercial represented Airborne Express.
