Chapman Needs Just Three Games to Beat Redlands
Chapman beat visiting Redlands, 15-0, 15-8, 15-12 in a nonconference women’s volleyball match Tuesday.
Erika Rinset had 12 kills to lead Chapman (9-4). Teammate Monica Girard had nine kills, two aces and 10 digs.
In Golden State Athletic Conference women’s volleyball:
Biola 3, Southern California College 0--Struggling SCC had little success against Biola, which won 15-1, 15-4, 15-7.
Former Huntington Beach High standout Sara Roberts had 10 kills to lead Biola (15-4, 5-1).
Kelli Corcoran had eight kills and Tina Fox and Noelle Sturgill each had eight digs for SCC (11-8, 2-4).
