CKE Adds More Hardee’s Sites

ANAHEIM — CKE Restaurants Inc. agreed to purchase 39 Hardee’s franchised restaurants in St. Louis and surrounding areas, the company said Tuesday. Annual revenue for the 39 units averages about $38 million.
The agreement by a CKE unit, Hardee’s Food Systems Inc., was announced a day after CKE said it had signed a deal to acquire 27 Hardee’s franchises in the Green Bay, Wis., area.
