Wren and Northridge Finish Fourth

Tim Wren shot an even-par 72 on Tuesday in the final round of the Cal State Northridge golf tournament to finish fourth, and the Matadors wound up fourth in the 15-team, two-day event at Wood Ranch Golf Club in Simi Valley.
Wren finished with a 54-hole total of 224.
Joe Morgan of Utah shot 74 in each round to earn medalist honors at 222.
UC Santa Barbara finished at 908 to claim the team title. Cal State Sacramento was second at 909, with Utah third at 915.
For Northridge, which finished at 922, Ryan Fowlkes tied for 18th at 230, Anthony Marciano shot 232 to tie for 24th, Charles Ruiz was at 239 to tie for 47th, and Donny Lee was at 249 to tie for 69th with nonscoring teammate Nick Pikor.
MEN’S SOCCER
Chapman 2, The Master’s 1--Colin McLean’s winning goal hit the crossbar in the 88th minute for the Panthers in Orange.
Paul Dojo scored in the first half for The Master’s (8-8).
WOMEN’S SOCCER
Moorpark 1, Santa Barbara 0--Nicole Hagoud scored in the 20th minute of a Western State Conference match at Santa Barbara.
Glendale 3, Oxnard 1--Erin Cola scored two goals for the Vaqueros (6-9, 3-7) in a WSC match.
WOMEN’S VOLLEYBALL
Cal Lutheran d. Redlands, 15-5, 16-14, 14-16, 15-17, 15-10--Lauren McCartin had 20 kills for the Regals (5-8, 5-2) in a SCIAC match.
The Master’s d. Claremont-Mudd-Scripps, 15-4, 15-4, 16-14--Kristi Ralston had 12 kills and Misty May added 12 digs for the Mustangs (11-16) at The Master’s.
