* In reference to the L.A. Planning Commission requiring UPS to build sound walls and reroute traffic, Sept. 12: The 500 artists living and working in an industrial area fall into the same category as the fools who purchase residential property next to an existing airport, then complain about the noise. No concessions should be made by the commission or City Council.
