Time Is Short

I would like a change in the issuance of passports by the State Department. When a person has a proper passport and has passed the age of 80, that person should not be required to obtain another document that would be for an additional 10 years.

How many foreign trips could such an elderly person take? As it is now, that person might like to make one or two trips, but would be discouraged from doing so.
