Used-Book Sale to Benefit Easter Seals
A local Vons supermarket will hold a used-book sale this weekend to benefit Easter Seals.
Paperbacks will sell for 50 cents and hardcover books for $1.
The sale, at 2433 Harbor Blvd., will be held from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.
Easter Seals Tri-Counties will use the money from the sale to fund programs for children and adults with disabilities in Ventura County.
