Bag That Baguette

These handy French baguette bags, large enough for several baguette loaves at a time, come in assorted fabrics from Provence. They’re much better--and more beautiful--than a bread box. The bags are imported by Catherine Giraud, wife of famed chef Alain Giraud of Lavande restaurant in Loews Santa Monica Beach Hotel in Santa Monica.

Baguette bags, $40 plus $2 shipping, (213) 965-0565 phone and fax. Allow two weeks for delivery.

A Sweet Rackette

These handy stainless steel mini-racks measure only 6 1/2 inches by 3 1/2 inches, so they can fit into baking dishes of various sizes (they will interlock for stability). They can also be set on top of a gas burner for roasting an individual tomato or pepper. They’re non-warping and dishwasher-safe.

Three-Quarter-Pounders

These light-weight 12-ounce beer glasses are going to be just the thing when the Super Bowl rolls around. They’re tinted a light green so the color of the golden brews will not be changed.
